Domestic delivery windows are approximately 5–30 business days.

For international shipping, customs delays may occur. Import duties, taxes, and customs requirements vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs or postal authority for additional information.

International delivery windows are approximately 8–30 business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase. Non-refundable payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations are not accepted after 8 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and second-hand nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, sizing, or other personal preferences.

We carefully photograph and describe each item, including its condition and measurements. Please review all listing information carefully before placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if your order arrives with a significant issue that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us at boopvtg@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
